I have 3 months Note 10 lite where suddenly the screen went black, when I took it to customer service they told me that the internal screen has a tiny fracture at the edge (2mm) as shown in the picture and told me that this is out of warranty repair, although that outer glass screen has no cracks or even scratch ( i have never dropped it) and it allows in its protective cover

You can challenge the shops assessment of the phone via escalating this with Samsung complaints.
If they uphold it then it's going to be a chargeable repair and or use any relevant insurance.
