True but EE is on 5g amd there software rolled out 25th December.

Try to use "Samsung Dex" 

And ask for update check via PC or laptop.

It worked for me about a month ago!

I have note 10+ 5G with Vodafone.

This software may have access to different servers that are not accessible via the phone.

I was tired of trying and pushing update button so many time for a few weeks!

I hope you also get the update. The interface of Samsung Dex is also interesting. It's worth a try!

I have DeX use occasionally never seen firmware update option outside running phones standard settings app through interface. Any instructions on how you did.

Here is what I did...
From Dex (while connecting to the phone) go to
- system>software update
I checked for the update and it came up!

After all this waiting, I havent noticed any difference.

System wide dark mode. Device+battery care is more informative.  The new  navigation  gestures I had on my pixel 2xp for ages re finally here. Way better than Samsung's version.  Theres a few things I've wanted for a while I'm glad they're finally here. Look up what cha ges came and have a play with the new settings
