Convert to text - Galaxy Notes

Every time i try to use this function i get a processing wheel that just freezes - it worked the very first time i tried it but since then it always crashes. 

I tried resetting, clearing caches, (cant remove and re-install as it's a native app) really stuck and can't find any answers online.

Anyone else experience this or have an ideas?

Hi @Oceans8 , did you try it in Microsoft WORD ? I think it works better there..

Thanks for the repy - actually managed to figure it out. 

Convert to Text only works when you have the Samsung Keyboard selected (I mainnly use Swift Key Keyboard). 

Which makes sense.
