If the app isn't in your settings - apps section anymore and it's not in your Playstore myapps section also then maybe try ....
Turn the phone off and then from a set series of button presses go into the phones system files and clear the cache. This does not delete your info.
If no joy then as a very last resort back up and remove any relevant Sd card and factory reset.
