Hello! there was a problem, after buying a phone, I came home and started setting up the system (phone), set everything up, decided to register a fingerprint, but an error was displayed. Hi there, go to the main page of Samsung Members and select 'Get help' at the bottom of screen. Then select 'Interactive checks'. Then do a fingerprint test and see what the results say.
