My wireless charging option is not working, although all settings are correct it still doesn't work. I have tried 4 separate charging units (all that my partner uses for his Note 10 plus). When I run diagnostics on the wireless charging it doesn't do anything (no tick on icon or that all is normal with it) , it also doesn't charge another wireless charging item. Any help would be greatly appreciated 🙏

Are you able to have a Samsung Experience Store or Samsung Service Centre look at the phone @Raven69
May I assume the phone charges OK via a cable ?
