Hi all...
Two days ago I contacted the warranty services (via Samsung repair services webpage) and arranged a repair collection for my defective Note10+. I was surprised that it was 'to easy' for scheduling it and that the message stated (Reparatienummer: iRMADRSA16825397) they would come yesterday (just 1 day after I've reported it).
So yesterday no one has shown to collect the smartphone and also I didn't get any notification or status update about it.
Yesterday, by the end of the day, I've contacted the Samsung support via whatsApp to see if there was any update.
However, after echanging some messages this morning, I just got an answer that there is no information regarding the pickup appointment and that I could try calling to some service line from Dynafix in order to understand what happened.
I can do that of course, but see, I bought a smartphone (expensive one btw) from Samsung no from Dynafix. The warranty of 24months is something also promissed by Samsung not Dynafix. The collect service was arranged directly with Samsung and not with Dynafix.
See, although it is a bit frustrating the delay (since I already erased my phone as suggested by Samsung and they didn't show up to collect so it means probably the repair will also be delayed (3 days promissed)), I can understand that. We are in covid times, you probably has many demand and problems can happen.
But something I definetly do not agree with is this 'transfer of responsibility' to Dynafix. I didn't hire them, I didn't buy a Dynafix smartphone. I'm a costumer from Samsung and I'm requesting warranty service from Samsung.
Could you please verify what happened and when they are coming to collect the phone? Or the answer I got from whatsapp is the final one? That is, I need to contact them and try to arrange things for phone collection...

Thanks for the tip GianniZ95. In fact I wasn't aware this 'Dynafix' would be contacted. I opened the warranty call via Samsung website. But good to know, thanks for the tip. I will try to go directly to a service store next time.

Hi Rohit, thanks for the support. No updates so far. Neither on my mailbox or MyDynafix status page....

Wow... I just checked the Dynafix reviews on google and they are really really low rated. THanks once more for the tip.

That is ok Rohit. I really appreciate you support but I made my mind. I've already scheduled the appointment on Samsung Service Center. Thanks again for your help.
