Unknown Number

Hello everyone,

When I go to about phone on my Note 10 plus 5G, It states that my number is unknown. How do I change this to my phone number?

it affects private share wont work if cant read your sim card number

It also affects the new rich communications chat service in the Android 11 update.

Me and my partner both had unknown numbers. My phone note 10 plus 5G, her phone S10E. After we both corrected our numbers with a iphone 6 we can now use RCS

See brettz, AzadRobertson below, or watch youtube fixed my dual SIM: Inserting SIM to an Iphone and putting it back to your Note 10. It works! Ps. You may need to go to Iphone settings/Phone/My number and press Save.
