When I use my tele camera at 5x my phone tries to light up the photo and automatically uses the main camera at 5 times zoom which ruins every photo im trying to catch. This is stupid and nonsense!!! When I choose my tele camera I want my tele camera! Nothing else! Even if its night. Nothing compares 5x optical lens at 5 times zoom and I don't have any problem if it darken the photo a little! At list give us the choice to choose it by ourselves!

This is a big issue for me too, the integration of the main camera into the 5x tele often gives bad results.

The only way I could find to force the phone to use the tele camera is to use night mode even when it is not necessary

put your finger in front of the main camera and automatically it will change back to tele camera
