Hi,

I have enabled the settings for the menu buttons so that you can swipe the left & right end of the screen to go back. I have discovered that when you grab your s pen and select smart select it does not disable these swipe buttons. So when i try to select a field it fails due the swipe buttons and it even returns because of the swipe movement of the s pen.

As far as i can tell. This is a bug.

I use android 10 on my note 9

Under the settings where you select the type of gestures, you can enable "block gestures with S Pen". It reads: "Prevent the S Pen from being used for full screen gestures. This helps when drawing or writing near the edges of the screen." Or in this case, using Smart Select near the edges of the screen :winking-face: This must be the function you're looking for!

hi guys ,hv not receive android 10 update on my note9,I have checked through auto update but still it said am using the latest update which is android 9.please can anyone help me with this because I need that android 10.

from nigeria I bought as used phone but am suspecting that the phone is from Korea.

That is the reason why you don't receive any updates. You could visit one of our service centers or check manualy through your phone or with Smart Switch on a PC or laptop.
