Slow charging error message

Hi! My name is Fredo. I have a Samsung galaxy note 9. Anytime i'm charging it, it keeps saying slow charging whatever what i do the problem persist. Can you please help me?

Can you use a torch to inspect the charging port to ensure their is no debris in there.

 

And try another charging cable and power brick.

 

And or a wireless charging pad / stand @Fredo2 

 

A Samsung Experience Store or Samsung Service Centre can take a look.
