When I purchased my note 9, it was told that it was a European model and thus locked to Euopean Sims. A few lines later, it was said to unlock it, I need to make a cumulative call or 5 minutes to European number, so make voice calls to different European numbers so long as the total call time amount is 5 minutes. I have done so, yet I am trying to use a foreign sim and I am greeted with my phone asking for a 'network unlock code'. What can I do?
