I have uninstalled an application from my Galaxy tab S8 plus but I checked the Box where it says keep up data and after a while I tried to reinstall the app (from an apk file) and it always says update instead of install and it doesn't let me install the because it displays an error which says the package conflicts with an existing package so please help me because I can't install this app

Hi Willo,

Did you previously install this app from an apk file, or did you install it from another source such as the Galaxy Store or the Google Play Store? If so, please install the app from the same source as you have before and make sure you completely remove the application afterwards, as saved data is incompatible with different app versions.

Alternatively, you might find some leftovers from the app under Settings >> Applications, where you can fully remove the app in order install the new version.
