password to unlock issue

When trying to unlock the phone via fingerprint but the phone wants me to enter the password instead,

It does not says that but stays black and I must guess that it's time to enter password.

That is annoying, it should inform the user to enter the password.

Στο ξεκλείδωμα με αποτύπωμα μια φορά την ημέρα το τηλέφωνο ζητάει να μπει κωδικός επειδή έχω και face unlock ενεργό. μόνο που όταν συμβαίνει αυτό στο δικό μου τηλέφωνο τουλάχιστον δεν με ενημερώνει ότι πρέπει να βάλω τον κωδικό μου και απλά κρατάει την οθόνη σβηστή, δηλαδή πρέπει εγω να καταλάβω ότι ήρθε η ώρα να βάλω κωδικό, ειναι αρκετά χαζό..

Εγώ δεν έχω το συγκεκριμένο κινητό για να μπορέσω να σε βοηθήσω.

@Houler  Good afternoon, in this case we would suggest you firstly check if there is any available update pack for your phone. Otherwise we suggest you proceed to factory reset on your phone after you have created your back up.

  In any case this usually happens if you have time to operate it or at random intervals it asks for the code. Most of the times  on phone's screen appears a message saying " drag to unlock" when this happens.

this "drag to unlock" appears only after I double tap the screen when realizes that the phone will not unlock by fingertip.
