Note9 - android 10 - no update

Hi, I have a question : I live in the Netherlands and I currently own a Simlock free Samsung Note9. I still did not get update for Android 10. It's now beginning March 2020. Do you know when I can expect it? Thanks in advance!

The Note9 should have the update already. Where did you buy the phone? And did you already try updating through Smart Switch on your pc or laptop?
