Hi,
I have an Ausdom bluetooth headphones that worked ok with a Galaxy 7 but now I have a Note 9 and when I do a scan I'm not seeing the device. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Please try clearing the Bluetooth Cache:
Settings > Apps > Menu > Show system apps > Bluetooth > Storage > Clear Data then restart your phone
or check for newer software update (if there's one):
Settings > Software update > Download updates manually
or Settings > Biometrics and security > Security update
Thanks ^_^

Done all the above . I think the issue could be a compatibility issue. The phone work ok on some other bluetooth devices.

Will you be able to check the system requirements of Ausdom bluetooth headphones , specifically the Android OS, please?
Does it says it can connect to Android OS 8 or 9 phones, please?
