Note 10+ not updating

I'm having trouble updating to ONE UI 4 on my Note 10+ N975F. 

It's a French device with Luxembourguish carrier. What should I do?

Have you tried to update it through a computer with Samsung Smartswitch?

I didn't, and I don't know how to proceed...

You should try it. What about normal software update?

It doesn't recognize, it says that my software is already up to date.

And how should I do if using Samsung Smartswitch?

In that case you should go to a Samsung Service location and have them do it for you.
