Incompatible app (update)

The below app cannot run on my phone, so why is it persistently showing up in my list of outstanding app updates?

It's installed from Samsung Cloud, probably when you restored a backup. You can uninstall the app.

Just had this on my mine download uninstaller from the play store to get rid of it 🙃

You can go into settings to uninstall Health Platform.
