Try a soft reboot by turning the phone off and on.
My suggestion is to......
- Use a torch to look inside the charging port to make sure there is no build up of dust and debris.
- Use an ear cleaner and softly run the cotton wool bud around but be very gentle and careful.
- Let a Samsung Experience Store / Samsung Service Centre take a look.
- Use another charging brick and charging cord.
