Weiß jemand ob das Note10 (nicht plus) noch Updates für Android bekommt? Ich sitze momentan auf One Ui version 2.5 und Android 10...

Soweit ich weiß bekommt das Note 10 nur noch Sicherheitsupdates. Also kein Major Update auf neuere Android oder OneUI Version.

Du bekommst zwar kein Android 13 mehr aber bis A12 hättest Du eigentlich bekommen müssen.
Evtl. mal an den Pc anschließen und damit dann nochmal nach Updates suchen.

In den Softwareinformationen Deines Note 10 gibt es einen Punkt 'Software-Version des Dienstanbieters". Mach doch mal einen Screenshot von dieser Information und poste das hier. Das war schon sehr hilfreich, den Grund für fehlende Updates zu finden.

Sowohl das Note 10 als auch das Note 10 plus bekommen keine Android Updates mehr. Da war mit Android 12 Schluss. Einzig das Note 10 lite, das erst im Folgejahr heraus kam, hat, soweit ich weiß, noch Android 13 bekommen.
Laut Aussage eines Samsung Mitarbeiters, soll es für das Note 10 Plus, nach Juli 2023, auch keine Sicherheitspatches mehr geben. Ich vermute, dass für das Note 10 das gleiche gilt.

Awe man, das Handy ist kaum 4 Jahre alt und so tüftig, es würde die sicherlich noch sehr gut vertragen... Vielen Dank für die Information. Glaubst du ich komme noch irgendwie auf android 12 hoch? Momentan bin ich bei Android 10 und ehrlich gesagt ist mein Handy wie neu! Ich mache mir halt sorgen, dass ich app updates und neuere Apps evtl. Nicht mehr nutzen kann...

Wie suche ich am PC nach Updates? Mit Samsung dex? Sorry ich kenne mich da nicht ganz aus. Ich habe jede paar Monate auf meinem Handy nach software updates geguckt. Es trügt mich ein bisschen, dass ich die nicht bekommen habe...

Ja leider. Samsung hat erst mit dem s22 glaub ich angefangen 5 jahre update Garantie zu geben.
