All of these show that even a phone that's 5 years old (to me, I am aware the S9 is a 2018 phone), is still a capable camera. The only difference is noise, and focal lengths (this is the base S9, so only a 26mm lens is available.)

Great images, I used to own that phone the s9 & it was my first decent camera/phone, so much so that I started leaving my Canon dslr at home due to its bulkiness. You have a good eye for an image.

Agreed, I had to depend on my S9 when my S20 went faulty. It's a good phone and a VERY good camera phone when in manual mode.

You also have a good eye, and I like your pics!

I really love the natural colours and the minimally processed look in your photos @warmoaran3. You have certainly got the best out of your S9. Respect to you.

Thank you SO much!!! I love natural colours, but slightly more contrasty, if you know what I mean? I like to call my 'style' natural+ because obviously it's no over-processing, but there is some work done (see image 1 and 2)

@warmoaran3 yes it is very impressive for a 2018 camera phone,  as well as the the natural colours the manual mode works out very well
