A warning to all who buy the very expensive fold range, I have just been cheated out of my warranty ( screen fold starting to crack ) by the repairers TMTFirst and Samsung saying because of cosmetic damage tiny scratch to bottom of screen and hair line crack to camera glass cover, this was not covered under the warranty, when I explained it was only slight and I was not asking for that damage to be repaired just the failure of the screen cover I was told that they could not do a partial repair there for I had to pay £596, this is nothing short of robbery and a scandalous evasion of the warranty which I now know and warn others its not worth the paper its written on, having had Samsung products all my life I will never again buy from a company that cheats its customers because they cant produce a product that stands up to its claims about life span.
