My galaxy fold2 stopped fast charging

Have anyone experience the same issue I'm thinking it's a software update bug 15.05.21

Also check it's still enabled in the "More battery settings" menu. It might have unset itself.

I have checked all and still the same I thought it was a update bug or something

I believe mine fast charges but only to a certain percentage and then normal charges, have you tried charging on low battery?
