Iv'e been waiting on Live Chat for 4 hours - without any response (awaiting support consultant) and Iv'e been No 1 in line on the phone support for half an hour. Obviously, there are no one working there, hence my question; is the support closed down in all regions or is it only for Norway?

I waited for a support advisor to join the chat for over 4 hours - before I gave up. When calling the support line the system immediately told me I was number 1 in line, then no one picked up the phone for more than half an hour - before I gave up. And now you are telling me that there are no issues with the Norwegian Support team - how can you possibly justify that statement?
