do don’t cancel your orders before delivery.. wait and then return them it is by far much quicker.
I ordered a black Z Fold2 and wanted to change it to the bronze one within a hour but it would not allow me to do it despite it not being shown as dispatched
this started a ridiculous process of waiting to receive my refund still after 11 days nothing.
it is no good trying to get help from any live chat or phone call as you will still get the same answer. “We are still-waiting for it to be returned from our warehouse”
blah blah
by the way it was never sent out from the warehouse and DPD never received it
