When will I get the One UI 3.1 update?

While I've got an expensive phone my hubbies got a Samsung £599 phone & got the new update already

I'm guessing he has the S20 FE? it is very bizarre how they release updates

I think they are unloading old stock as the 21 ultra will not be their flagship phone in a month or two. I believe companies are always holding back 2 new high end phones as they change SO QUICKLY NOW. JUST MY PERSONAL THINKING. Probably absolute garbage I'm taking. lol.
