Mine doesn't show but official samsung told me it will get the ypsate

Best to contact Samsung Support, my sister has the a20e and I believe she's had the update for a while now.

@PogDuck123: I've looked into this for you, and the Galaxy A20s is not scheduled to receive the Android 11 update in the UK/Ireland.
