How have you saved the contact to your phone? Did you input the details yourself or save the contact details direct from an app to your phone? This would auto set the contacts name as they have it entered on that particular app, although you should be able to then edit it. The upside down question mark¿ is part of the Spanish language, is the language pack downloaded to your phone or your contact in anyway related to Spain?
