Weird password error

I have recently had a weird problem where I tried to change my Galaxy A10's password to a pin, after doing so, my phone reset, then it showed up with the password screen (not pin screen), I tried typing in the pin which prompted the phone to reset again. When I typed in the pin this time, it showed up with a "password incorrect" message, then when I tried to type in the previous password, it showed up with the same message. I'm trying to sign in constantly using different external methods like Find My Mobile, but that doesn't work either, is there a way for me to access my phone again without a hard reset?

Hey @Maceror ,

if Find My Mobile is not working at all, I would suggest taking this to one of our Support Centres to get the lock removed. Remember that if you hard reset the phone on your own the phone will have the accounts set on it so you will need the passwords that you used when you first set them.

You can find your local one from here: https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/service-centre/
