Weird happenings

Bought my Galaxy A40 just before going into hospital at the end of April  so wasnt very diligent about paperwork!  It's been weird since Day 1

Can't turn an alarm off even though it shouldnt be going off according to the screen

It flickers sometimes

It makes a fizzing noise sometimes

Camera doesn't focus all the time unless I tap the phone so it makes a fizzing sound

Its driving me crazy. What can I do?

phone is still under warranty call samsung.

yeah it's usually a 24 months warranty. where did you purchase your phone from? was it from your network provider? Samsung direct?

online but cant find the trail in my emails!!!

online from Samsung or the network? if you contact the retailer with the IMEI number and your address then they should be able to send out a copy receipt.
