I recently bought a Samsung A71 and have difficulty hearing people when they call me. I have used the button on the right hand exterior of the phone to out the volume to maximum but still can't hear people calling me properly. Any tips for solving this problem?

In the meantime, head to Settings > Sound & Vibration > Volume > Make sure all sliders are moved all the way to right.

Thank you. I've put all the sliders to maximum. Sadly it's made no difference. Wonder if I have a faulty phone!

Do you notice any issues when listening to music or other media?

Let's run through a quick Hardware Test on your phone. To do this head over to your dial pad any type in *#0*#, this will bring up a number of tests. Tap Speaker, this will play a long dial tone, does this seem quiet?

Thanks for your help. Done that and the tone sounds normal
