I contacted them but they said it was something to do woth the phone not the network 🤷‍♀️

what does it mean by voice App i don't think i have it on my phone ?

its your dialler app - the one that you normally use to make/answer calls. when you click on it, you will get the following screen (attached). click the 3 dots, top-right, then go to SETTINGS.

to block the actual voicemails, you will need to listen to them in turn, and select the block option when the message has played (press1 to reply, press2 to delete, etc).
