Vibration not working (Galaxy A20e)

Hi,
My phone's vibration mode is not working. It worked for a few seconds and it now doesn't work again. I've tried diagnostics in Samsung Members and *#0*# and it doesn't work. Is it a hardware issue or software issue?

Of course losing the vibrators it's not fun or first try to chat with them you find them here in Samsung members go to support and scroll down and you will find text chat

@Shadefantom1441: If you have been to the Samsung Members app > Get Help > Diagnostics > Vibration, and the device did not vibrate during this test, then the issue is likely to be hardware related. In this instance, please head to Samsung.com, scroll to the bottom of the page, select 'Contact us' and reach out via your preferred channel, and an advisor will be able to to arrange for the phone to be inspected by an authorised Samsung engineer.
