Is this software and security updates on your phone @Zis ?
Was your phone provided by Samsung directly or was the phone supplied by a network ? I ask because if by a network then some of them ask Samsung to hold back updates while they test them.
Perhaps try Samsung Smartswitch to see if an update is available that way.
If the phone is unlocked to all networks i.e it will accept any network sim card then try another Network's sim card in it which has been known to instigate an update.
Check on sammobile.com to see what the latest update is available for your phone model
