Update

I'm trying to update to android 11,  but its taken 2hrs so far, and not even a third done yet.. anyone else has had this issue???

When moving from one main android software to anew one it can take longer but shouldn't be 2 hours @Boo_Taylor3103 

Do you have ample internal storage capacity  ?

Sometimes the time to update can be defined as to what connection being used i.e mobile data or Wi-Fi. 

Also if Samsung Servers are busy this can delay the update.

How are you getting along with the update since you posted  ?

Make sure you are on mains power and the phone is not too hot (thermal throttling can happen). The update will take longer depending also on how many apps you have installed because part of the process is the operating system reconfiguring them to run with the newer version.
