update debacle

since the update a week or so ago, l have lost all my memorised text and now it doesn't see to want  to remember anything used regularly. This is really annoying  and l am so disappointed.  Updates are supposed to improve,  not the opposite. I'd like to reverse it, but unsure if this will bring back my lost function  and memorirised text.

When I updated sometime ago I also lost all my learned words in my Samsung Keyboard as well did others.

You can't reverse a software update via your phone's native settings I'm afraid. That can only be done via a Custom Rom but that can bring it's own issues and I'm pretty sure that won't bring back your learned words.
