unable to transfer file from Samsung A70 to PC

Hi

I am unable to transfer files from my Samsung A70 to PC

Checked USB for File transfer is set on Transfering files/Android Auto. 

it automatically opens Galaxy A70 file folder on Windows File Explorer but all these folders are empty

Please help

Make sure your phone is unlocked when accessing files. Also make sure you have Samsung USB drivers installed on your PC
