Unable to activate NFC and Payment to enable Google Pay

Hi, for some reason I cannot activate the NFC and Payment function, to enable use of Google Pay. It was working perfectly previously. Any help would be appreciated.

Have you tried a soft reboot by turning the phone Off and On @Joe_fish
