Hi is anyone having touchscreen and lagging problems and higher battery usage since updating to UO5.1

Not had any problems with any of those. Have you tried running the diagnostics through Device Care. There's one specifically for the touchscreen.

I had similar issue on my A53. But if you wipe cache partition on your phone that should fix the lags and minor problems your experiencing
