Although I'm using a different Samsung phone to you I've had no touch issues since updating to Android¹³ Samsung One Ui 5.0 or since the more recent incremental update on the 19th of November.
I also use a Whitestone Dome Glass Screen Protector.
If you use a screen protector then consider removing it as a process of elimination.
Have you tried any troubleshooting guides or run the Samsung Diagnostics Tool found in your Samsung Members App.
A Samsung Service Centre can check out your phone.

It's not the screen protector
Been having this problem on my A72 for months now
So I can't wait to update to Android 13
