Hold power and volume down till it stops looping. Usually 10 seconds.

Try to boot it. Probably won't but worth a try.

Shut it down again. Hold volume up and power till the logo appears, then release.

You can do 3 things here. Try to clear the cache partition and see if it boots.

Wipe all the data, see if it boots.

Put it into download mode, then use a computer with smart switch installed to do an emergency software recovery, for when updates fail. It reinstalls all of android, wiping the data too

Hold power and volume down till it stops looping - already tried, but no luck. tried "Hold Up Volume + Power approx. 20 seconds", "Hold Down Volume + Power approx. 20 seconds", Hold  Power button approx. 20 seconds but still, I am unable to break the boot loops.

It just won't go beyond Samsung logo.

As per text support also tried ...

Wipe Cache Partition (No Data Loss)

  • This clears temporary system files that might be causing the boot loop.
  • Power off the phone completely.
  • Press and hold Volume Up + Power until the Samsung logo appears.
  • Release buttons when you see the Recovery Mode screen.
  • Use volume buttons to highlight Wipe Cache Partition, then press Power to select.
  • After it completes, choose Reboot System Now.

but still it does not go beyond Samsung logo.

Down Volume button and Power button being held for approx. 20s force shutdowns your phone. Does it do that? If yes then plug your phone to a computer/laptop/another android phone and (while its turned off) hold Up Volume button and Power button from there try wiping cashe partition and pray that it works cause if not your data is gone unless theres a way to recover it. If it still doesn't boot properly then try factory resetting the phone from recovery mode

Thank you @Daniero / @arianwen27 for your support ! 👍

I tried all your suggestion, but it did not worked.

Finally I took to a mobile repair shop and found to be the mobile CPU issue, solution was CPU Reballing.

They said, mostly it is cause because of either
a) using over heated mobile over a period of time
or
b) mobile drop / fall, which can immediately or later it can cause join/soldiering issue.

for now my mobile is up and running again.

But still I have a question, is there a way i can export / extract my current mobile hardware spare part list ? because when compare before and after repair, it will help us to identify any hardware changes.

Reballing? Have you found somewhere that will do this ?

The devices in mobile phones are BGA (Ball grid array). It is a matrix of tiny solder balls that when reflowed correctly onto a PCB board will solder the grid layout of pins to the board.

https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ball_grid_array

This is extremely specialist. I work in an engineering company where we manufacture these type of devices onto PCBs.

However, it is really hard to remove a device, re-ball, and replace without significant risks.

The risks being with an infra red reflow machine that will likely also reflow the surrounding components (a consequence of adding around 300 degrees into a board).

Secondly to re-ball and place a device that has previously already been fitted is a very large risk.

I am quite frankly surprised you have managed to find someone that is willing to do this work.

I wish you a lot of luck, personally I think this reballing would be a bad idea and a high expense that will likely go wrong.

Please update if this in fact gets repaired and goes well.

It has already been reflowed and x-rayed?

Or it has started working again without the need to reball ?

I have no idea if any thing like reflow or x-ray was done. they said, Reballing fixed the issue.

And for me its working since they handed me back my phone.

I am no expert to say or confirm if they did what they said. But for now it's working with no issue.
