the speakers stop giving sound. I either have to restart my phone or have to put Head phone in. same is the case with the mic it records no sound at time. especially when i am using WhatsApp. what is the solution. as i am totally disappointed with this cell.

Please consider going over to your dial pad and type in *#0*#, this will bring up a number of tests to try.

If they don't help then seek support from a Samsung Experience Store or Samsung Service Centre.

 

I assume the phone hasn't had an accidental bump or water damage.
