The back button

Hello there. 

Sometimes, some of my apps (Facebook and my banking) won't close when I press the back button. Has anyone else had this issue and is there a solution?

Are the apps up to date? Check your galaxy store and play store to see. Make sure all updated then restart the device 👌🏼

@jq1805: Pressing the Back button to close an app will only work if you are on the landing/home page, as it can also be used to navigate to the previous screen you were on. As it serves the same purpose, I recommend hitting the Home button to close the app, then tapping the Recents button, and swiping up on the app preview window to close it.
