Texting short numberd

Hi I used to be able to entet competions via text but now the number gets denied, can't find anything on my plan or phone to change this. I am well over 18.

Most likely a setting with your network provider....

1. Block on premium rate texts
2. Spend cap

You would need to speak with network provider, if the text message for your entries in the the competitions it is probably a premium rate message number.

Unlimited texts does not include premium rate or short code texts.

You'll need to either log into your network provider app (i.e. for vodafone MyVodafone) and change the setting to allow premium rate messages and also the spend cap.

Make sure premium text message services are enabled under Settings > Apps > 3 Dots (top right) > Special Access > Use Premium Text Message Services > Enable your text message app.
