Screen stopped working on my s10, managed to backup with smart things on PC. Hot new A22 and it does not sync contacts even though it says sucessful. Any ideas?

Doesn't syncing with your Google account restore your contacts?

Nope contacts are stored on phone. With a miraculous 5mins the screen decided to work and I was able to send alll contact via quickshare
