Hi, hope someone can help. Is it possible to get a 3x4 keyboard on the Galaxy A32 5G? I know it's a bit old school!
I had an issue with my last phone (Galaxy A21s) whereby the keyboard wouldn't work properly on startup, for example "hello" would come out as "Gdjjm". The issue wasn't with the keyboard, predictive text etc, & neither Samsung nor my network (Tesco Mobile) could get to the bottom of it. I was nearing the end of my contract & it could have been a costly repair, so put up with it until the upgrade to the A32 5G. I transferred everything across from my old phone using Smart Switch & it seemed to have transferred that problem setting across to my new phone, as I started experiencing it on there, too! My network suggested resetting the keyboard to the default settings, which of course meant I have lots the 3x4 keyboard (which is very helpful, as I'm disabled).
Is there an option for the 3x4 keyboard on the A32 5G, please? If so, how can I access it? Thank you!
