For no apparent reason my galaxy A6 has stopped notifying me of incoming texts. I can send and receive texts and although the settings say sound enabled and notification enabled I am not getting either. Help please.
if you go to where you usually switch it off on your screen ,then press restart , sometimes it can help put some problems right , & try & clear your app cache too .hope this helps .
Thank you for your suggestion. I phoned Samsung and it turned out that one of my 3rd party apps was the problem. I uninstalled the app and all is well again.
