not sure what creates this strange problem, but maybe clean the glass on your phone, switch of the phone, use a wet tissue add some washing up soap rub it onto the display, then with a tissue with only a bit of water, swipe it clean, finally a dry tissue. to remove the remaining water, After all this swiping will feel strange for a bit (all oil on the screen is gone) hope this helps. but maybe something else is the problem
