@Members_zOkZUGx: Are you able to provide further details of your issue? Is the phone currently locked or unlocked? When did you notice the encryption message, and did you do anything prior to the issue occurring? Do you have an SD card installed in the A20e? If so, I'd recommend waiting for the encryption to complete, however you may wish to head to Settings > Biometrics and Security > Encrypt or Decrypt SD card, to see what options are available to you here.
