Today the speaker on my A71 has decided to stop working. I thought it could have been to do with my storage space and memory as when I freed up space it decided to work again. It's all a sudden stopped again tonight but on running a diagnostic test thru the Samsung members the speaker was working fine. The speaker doesn't work on ant downloaded app or preinsalled apps like the alarm.. any advice would be much appreciated. Thanks

Try https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/mobile-devices/how-to-start-my-galaxy-device-in-safe-mode/ turns off downloaded apps and themes etc which may highlight an app or theme that's causing conflict. 

A Samsung Experience Store or Samsung Service Centre can help you with this issue.
